DATES

The Chateau Saint-Martory cycling holiday is May 7-11, 2020. 

Winners must participate on the designated dates. 

WINNER SELECTION

Winners to be selected among all participants using a randomized selection program. 

Three (3) winners to be selected from on-line entries.

Two (2) winners to be selected from entries received on-site at the Rouleur Classic. 

AIR TRAVEL & TRANSFER

Included Air Travel: Credit of up to 150£, all additional charges paid by winner. 

Free transportation to/from the Chateau: 

Arrival meeting on May 7, Toulouse Blagnac Airport at 17h15. 
Departure transfer on May 11, leaving Chateau at 8H30 to arrive Toulouse Blagnac Airport by 09h30.

BIKES

Winners may bring their own bike, but are responsible for any extra travel fees above the 150£ credit. 

Bike rentals will be available on site for a 80£ supplemental fee per day (i.e. 240£ total), booked and paid for at latest four (4) weeks prior to arrival. 
 

ELIGIBILITY

No purchase necessary. Must be 18+ as of the contest start date.
 

VALUE

Approximate total value of the package with listed inclusions is 2,000£.
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The “Giveaway” is subject to the terms and conditions herein, which constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Winners must take the holiday on the listed dates; there are no alternate dates or credit to be issued. The giveaway includes accommodation at Chateau Saint-Martory, all meals and beverages, one massage per day, transportation to and from the Toulouse airport as noted. 

Winners are responsible for any/all other ground transportation; any meals taken outside of or in addition to the official itinerary; gratuities; all personal charges. 
 
Contest begins on October 3, 2019 and ends on November 9, 2019. Drawings held on November 16, 2019. 

Winners will be announced via our newsletter on November 16, 2019. Winners are responsible for responding in timely fashion to any communications regarding the giveaway. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

Participants in the Giveaway agree that their email address may be used by Chateau Saint-Martory for future communciations via its newsletter. 

Winners of the Giveaway agree that the images of the cycling holiday may be used for promotional purposes.
